HMD Global announces two new Nokia feature phones for everyday use. The Nokia 125 and Nokia 150 will be made available in select markets for a price of $24 and $29, respectively. The Nokia 125 comes with a 2.4" screen, wireless FM radio and storage to save upto 2000 contacts and 500 messages, while the Nokia 150 will bring additions such as MP3 player with upto 32GB of expandable storage, VGA camera with flash and Bluetooth connectivity.

Officials from President Donald Trump's administration is in discussion with the South Korean manufacturer Samsung on setting up more semiconductor manufacturing facilities in the United States. In the past we heard that the White House had approached Intel and TSMC to talk about building factories in the stateside, following the COVID-19 outbreak and also the increasing diplomatic tension between US and China, as they are one of the world's largest supply chain in the industry.

Xiaomi's sub-brand POCO launched their latest POCO F2 Pro in mainland China earlier yesterday. The phone has already been made available online for a starting price of €499 ($540) for the base 6GB RAM/128GB ROM variant (shipping from May 19). The smartphone packs the 5G supported Snapdragon 865 SoC, a 6.67" AMOLED ultimate FHD+ Full Screen Display, a 20MP pop-up front camera, a 64MP quad rear camera module and a 4700mAh battery with 30W fast charging.

Vivo announced latest Vivo V19 smartphone in India, offered for a starting price of ₹27990 ($369) for the 8GB RAM/128GB ROM trim, available from May 15 in two colors via company's online and offline channels. The phone packs a Snapdragon 712 chipset, a 6.44" FHD+ SuperAMOLED dual punch hole display with on-screen fingerprint scanner, also housing the 32MP front camera, 48MP quad camera module on the back and a 4500mAh powered battery with 33W Vivo FlashCharge 2.0 fast charging support.

Huawei launched a new smartphone in the Europe named P30 Pro New Edition. The smartphone is already up for grabs in Germany through Hauwei's online webstore for a price of €749 or $809 in three colors with 8GB RAM/256GB of storage. The device is pretty identical to the original Huawei P30 Pro launched back in 2019, but bringing EMUI 10.1 based on Android 10 with pre-installed Google Apps unlike devices from the new Huawei P40 series, and some other improvements.

The first smartphone to feature the latest Snapdragon 768G mobile platform with 5G and also to bring the new Mint shade to the fleet. Qualcomm announced latest Snapdragon 768G mobile platform, an upgrade over their lately announced Snapdragon 765G processor, again coming with integrated Snapdragon X52 5G Modem-RF system supporting advanced 5G connectivity. The chipset packs Kryo 475 CPU with clock speeds upto 2.8GHz and features Adreno 620 GPU, also making this is the first 7-series platform to support Adreno's updateable GPU drivers.
